Have you looked into organic garden centers online, you can buy the seeds yourself and grow the plants.

I make my own all natural soap and have started selling it but have searched all over the web for Rattanjot powder and other natural colorants for my soap and can't find them anywhere. Can anyone tell me where on the web I can get Rattanjot and Spirulina?

There is nothing prettier than colors that are arranged in beautiful patterns in nature. I personally love the colors of fruit smeared on a canvas. Blueberries, rasperries, cherries, peaches, and so forth leave beautiful stains of colors that can really perk up a room naturally.

Thanks for this...very interesting!:)

Beautiful photos, Lady Hawk. And I love hearing about the history of things--the list of dye sources was fascinating.
