Improve Your Health and Promote Healing with Essential Oils
Written by Cynthia Patience
I’m a Dr. Mom. Actually, there are quite a few of us Dr. Moms around and we are growing in number every day. Most of us have never set foot in medical school, but we can deal with pretty much any health or wellness issue that needs addressing in our homes, and we do it safely, naturally and effectively. We’ve discovered a powerful wellness alternative that’s sweeping the world and empowering people everywhere. Are you ready to know the secret?
Here it is ….. the answer is CPTG.
CPTG stands for “Certified Pure, Therapeutic Grade,” If you’re unfamiliar with essential oils, like I was a year ago, here’s a quick explanation
Essential oils are the blood of a plant. They are found in the seeds, roots, bark, flowers, stems, and other parts of plants. They are carefully cold pressed or distilled to preserve their medicinal and therapeutic properties, and have been used for centuries throughout the world in many different cultures to improve health and promote healing and wellness. Essential oils are much more potent and concentrated than herbs. One drop of peppermint oil is equivalent in potency to 28 cups of peppermint tea!
Today, essential oils can easily be found in health food stores or in the organic section of many grocery stores. However, it is very important to note that not all essential oils are the same. Only CPTG oils can be trusted to be completely pure and organic, with no trace of chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, artificial fillers, fragrances, or synthetics. Each batch is put through rigorous mass spectrometry and gas chromatography testing to ensure this purity, as well as to ensure its chemical composition potency so that you will have the safest, most potent, effective, and beneficial oils available in the world today.

CTPG essential oils can be used topically, internally, and aromatically. When rubbed on the skin they are absorbed into the bloodstream and have an almost immediate effect. They aren’t at all “oily” like you might imagine. To take them internally you can put a drop or two in water or juice, under your tongue, or in gel caps(for the oils that don’t taste so great). They can be used aromatically in a diffuser or simply by rubbing a drop in your hands then cupping them around the nose and inhaling. All it takes is one inhalation to recognize the amazing goodness these oils have to offer.
Once you learn the basics of which oils you use for which circumstances, much of the worry and uncertainty about what to do when your children, spouse, or yourself gets sick or has a health issue is eliminated. It doesn’t really matter why they have a tummy ache or nausea, you just know that rubbing peppermint and ginger on their belly will help them feel better. If they have and incessant cough, eucalyptus rubbed around their toes and on their chest will help calm it down. Whether the runny nose is from a cold or allergies, lemon oil drunk in water and a little oil rubbed on the big toe will help dry it up. The pain blend will relieve pain whether due to arthritis, menstrual cramps, back ache from working in the garden, or muscle ache from a son’s rigorous football workout. CPTG essential oils have a long list of medicinal properties, so whatever the health or wellness issue, there’s almost certainly and oil for that. They are antibacterial, anticatarrhal, antidepressant, antifungal, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiparasitic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, analgesic, and Immune-stimulant. The science behind the oils is fascinating and well documented.
Dr. Moms know that prescription drugs and over the counter medications often bring with them undesirable effects. CPTG essential oils actually restore the body’s chemistry to a natural, balanced state. Applying the oils to our children and loved ones not only gives us the satisfaction of being able to care for them in natural, non-toxic way, but it is also a nurturing act that allows us to touch and connect with them, comforting and healing in a tender and loving way. Every Dr. Mom values what a wonderful feeling of empowerment that is.
