Calming Winds is a Shamanic and Energetic Practitioner and Teacher and will create a sacred healing space and during the event she will use a multitude of instruments from various traditions (including drums) curated to restore balance and elevate your frequency. Every beat and tone has the potential to heal, guiding you to a state of harmony. This journey may lead you into a deep, relaxing state, often producing unique experiences such as stimulating insights, intuitions, and visions. Embrace this sacred journey of self-discovery as you are guided to the Upper World. As you allow your body to release and renew while cocooned inside a silk hammock creating the perfect environment for healing or relaxing and grounding if on a yoga mat on the floor.

With years of training and experience in Shamanic and holistic services, Tonia combines her education, global travels, and background as a mental health professional to support others on their healing journeys through workshops, individual sessions, and events.
