This is a community event being held rain or shine at the Moose Lodge in Leesburg, Virginia.  Bring yourself, friends or family with any percussion you may have.  We will also have some to borrow if needed. This event is to help us mingle, make friends and to make us all feel good. Even if you don't know how to drum...come and we will help you or simply come enjoy listening to the music....dance....meditate. 

Drumming has so many health benefits: relieves stress, boosts cognitive abilities, helps your coordination, brings on positive mood.....the list is long.  But, most of all you'll meet new people who come together to have a good time and most of the time you leave making a new friend.  This is free but donations help us purchase new drums, and to refurbish those in need and give a little love to the drum facilitators and venue.
