Loudoun Drumming presents a "Gathering of Women's Drum Circle", where women gather to empower ourselves, and open our hearts to the power of drumming.  We will come together for commuity, healing, support and friendship. Special guest, Rosa Diaz de Leon will open our evening with a cacao blessing. As you join the circle, you can unburden your worries and lift your vibration with the support of other women. We will gather together to drum, and unite, we will address all the dimensions of what drumming offers: the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual while learning the technical. We aim to connect with our drum, body, emotions and mind to lighten our energy. As we generate kindness and compassion, the beat of the drum will carry our intention out into the community.  Drums will be provided.
