A Shamanic Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that relaxes the body, clears your subconscious , calms the mind, and activates your body's natural healing systems. During the bath, there is a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, Tambour Unity Drum, Ocean Drum, Tank drum, Chimes, Crystal Pyramid....there are as many as 40 instruments that help create a layering of sounds to help give you a healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling connected to all the elements and feeling refreshed and rejuvenate. The sound baths are designed to allow the emotional body as well as the physical body to ground and release blocked energy. Benefits include: Activating Higher States of Consciousness Unlock Blocked Emotions Relieves Anxiety and Stress Induces Complete Relaxation Promotes Deep Meditation Promotes Restful Sleep Increases Happiness Shamanic Sound Bath is designed to be an individual session or it can be arranged as a group event at my location or yours for family and friends or for team building. At the end of the bath you are given the opportunity to try the instruments yourself and decide which sound you found your body resonated with. Individual sound baths are combined with Reiki.
