Sacred Horse Journey is a workshop that will be a transformative spiritual wellness experience designed to nurture the mind, body and spirit. Through guided spiritual wellness sessions, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect within, and rediscover a deeper sense of balance and harmony.
A unique and powerful aspect of this experience is the opportunity to connect with extraordinary teachers-horses. Horses naturally live in congruence with themselves and in heightened awareness of their surroundings. Their presence gently invites us to become more present, grounded and authentic. Through this connection, horses hep us rediscover what it truly means to feel safe-safe to connect, safe to play, and safe to trust.
This workshop is designed to guide you back to yourself, deepen your relationship with the natural world, and awaken the sense of peace that comes from living in alignment.
