TUNING FORK SESSION

tuning forks

Tuning Forks is an application that is rooted in Eastern medicine. It is a gentle acoustic treatment that uses soundwaves produced by tuning forks to re-tune us mentally, physically, emotionally and physically. A tuning fork is a tool that is designed to emit a single frequency or a pure sound. Session involves the use of weighted and non-weighted tuning forks. When applied on the body they will open, flush and balance the main meridian lines and stimulate other energetic points throughout the body. In addition, it will smooth out any congestion in the auric field and release stagnant energy in the energy centers. The physical body is where we experience localized pain and discomfort. Using tuning forks on the body creates a unique frequency that can help create a physiological reaction, while the sound iteself helps to influence our auditory system, enabling us to modify our relationship to the pain.

Benefits of Tuning Forks:

  • Stress Reduction

    • Tuning fork therapy uses specific frequencies to calm the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation.

  • Improved Mental Clarity

    • Vibrations can help balance brainwaves and improve focus or mental alertness.

  • Pain Relief & Muscle Relaxation

    • The vibration applied directly to the body (via weighted forks) can relieve tension and aid in muscle recovery.

  • Energy Balancing / Chakra Healing
