Follow the rhythm of the drum and explore the inner landscapes of shamanic journeying. In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn how rhythmic drumming can help create a focused, meditative state while guiding you through a personal journey of exploration and discovery.

Through guided instruction, intention-setting, and the supportive energy of the drum, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom, explore symbolic landscapes, and deepen your relationship with yourself.

Tonia will add LIVE drumming during journeying with the Tambour Unity drum (a 6 foot drum) ! If you have a Shamanic drum, please bring it or there will be some to borrow.
