The FORT summer camp with Ryan Bartel Foundation

Make new friends and stay connected during school breaks with 2- or 5-day camp experiences. These camps are filled with fun games, activities, and experiential workshops centered on mental wellness. Teens have the opportunity to discover more about themselves while exploring new skills in expressive arts, mindfulness, nature, movement and physical activity. 

You'll find me there on Thursday as I bring out all the drums to help the kids with this expressive activity.
