Discover the joy of drumming as you explore simple rhythms, release tension, boost your energy, and connect with yourself and others—no prior drumming experience needed. This welcoming community drumming experience uses simple rhythms, guided activities, and playful interaction to explore the energizing and calming benefits of drumming. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone curious about drumming or new to the practice. Bring your own drum or percussion instrument or borrow one of ours.
