Be fully present—visualize what you want to attract, release tension, and ground yourself in the moment. Practicing this consistently for 30 days can create lasting, positive shifts in your mindset.


Ways to ground:

  • Step barefoot on the ground

  • Touch a plant and consider touching the soil too

  • Place your hands or back on a tree


    All these suggestions to feel your energy settle, release tension, and root you in the present moment. Just a thirty seconds can help you reset and recharge. Once calm visualize what you want for 5 seconds and then resume your activity. Do this for 30 days and watch your mindset transform.
