Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, confusion, trauma or just looking to improve your overall well-being, the Equine Assisted Reiki Session provides a unique, gentle and effective approach to your own wellness program. Tonia Bultrowicz is a Energetic Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. During this session she will use the guided life force energy known as Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Energy work balances and harmonizes your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Reiki helps clear out stagnate energy, heals and balance the energy pathways, allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Reiki can feel like a wonderful glowing radiant energy that flows through and all around you. Reiki will help releases what is needed at that moment. It is important to keep our vibration high, if we sit in the lower vibrations our body will begin to feel physical symptoms of dis-ease. It is essential to clear and open the energetic pathways so they can help the organs in our body function properly. These organs not only help us physically be alive but they also are associated with our emotions. This part of the session is done in a beautiful pasture with a beautiful majestic tree and possibly one or more horses. You will have the option of being on a massage table or gravity chair. The second part of the session is with Tina Ann Legno from Alivio Equestrian Academy. Together she will introduce you to the silent healing power of horses. Horses offer a sense of balance and strength. Horses are also intuitive animals that can mirror our emotions, helping you gain insight and foster emotional growth. Together with Tina you will have a personal one-on-one session with one of her therapeutic horses. This amazing Equine Assisted Reiki Session will help you ground and connect you in a unique therapeutic setting. But, healing truly comes from within you, our purpose is to help you relax and connect to yourself and the energy within so you may open the doors to healing. This session is conducted at Alivio Equestrian Academy in Lovettsville, Virginia. After you have scheduled a session, Tonia will contact you to coordinated a date and time with you. You will need to travel to the countryside of Lovettsville, Virginia and will need to build in the appropriate time for driving.
