Service Description

A Personal Sound Bath for healing is an immersive, meditative experience that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to promote relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. The goal is to create a space for deep inner healing, clarity, and peace. You begin by settling into a quiet, comfortable space—lying down on a massage table with the option of Healthy Line mat that offers infrared and heat. Eyes closed, the environment is candle-lit, with a calming scent in the air. Together with Tonia you will set an intention for the session: perhaps for emotional healing, grounding, or releasing stress. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and unique instruments gathered from Tonia's travels around the world. They are played in a slow, rhythmic, and intentional way. The sounds wash over your body in waves—hence the term “bath.” Each frequency interacts with your energy, chakra system, and nervous system. You may feel vibrations within your body, experience visuals behind your closed eyes, or even feel emotional releases. Throughout the session, you’re not doing anything—just receiving, allowing the sounds to carry away tension, emotional blocks, or stagnant energy. The session ends gently, usually with softer tones or silence, giving you time to slowly return to full awareness. Afterwards, you may feel lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, or even profoundly transformed.
