Reiki Level 1 Refresher

Service Description

If you completed Reiki 1 some time ago and want to refresh your skills—or if you’d simply like to revisit and deepen what you learned in a recent class—this 3-hour Reiki Refresher is a review class. You’ll go through all the essentials taught at Calming Wind's Beginner Reiki class and receive one booster attunement designed to clear energetic blockages and support your ability to work with higher frequencies. This class is also perfect for students who previously studied Reiki at another school and wish to refresh their Reiki knowledge from a new perspective. Calming Winds provides aspects of training that are often omitted in modern or Western approaches. Many students join the Refresher Class to explore whether their earlier training included comparable content—for example: Ensure you understand Reiki Anatomy Emotions attached to the twelve major organs Types of intuition Additional techniques to evaluate the flow of energy for yourself and others Using the precepts in every day life By completing the Refresher Class, students feel more confident entering Reiki 2. A booster attunement is included.
